We want everyone in our Mantra Box community to be 100% satisfied with their subscription. If you're looking to cancel due to ANY reason at all, we will do everything we can to correct it. We have a saying..."Your Subscription, Your Rules!".
Need some time off? No problem! We'll pause your account until for as long as you like, just let us know how long and we'll put your account on hold until then.
Mantra Box coming too frequently? Let us know how often you would like to receive your box and we'll make it so. Your can have your subscription sent every 2 months, 3 months, 6 months, annually or even create your own customized delivery schedule.
Need to change your shipping address? Easily done! Just email us or visit our Contact Us page, along with your updated address, and we'll ship all pending and future orders to your updated address.
Billing information need to be updated? Let us know and we'll send you a secure, time-sensitive link to update your card. We take security very seriously and do not have access to your credit card number. We process all orders through Sripe.com, one of the largest and most trusted payment processor there is.
Any other changes to your account we missed? Contact us and we'll do everything possible to assist you.

Mantra Box Apprentice - Save $10 per month and only renew at $29.99!. Each box contains 5 high quality items but without the expensive custom packaging. You will receive a description card emailed directly to you each month upon request.
Each Apprentice box contains a minimum of $60.
Did you know you can pause or skip boxes? You can! Simply fill the contact form below and let us know how long you wish to pause your subscription for. We'll take care of the rest!
Too Expensive / Need to save money? Did you know we offer two different subscriptions at a more affordable price while still receiving the same, high quality items you're used to? Maybe one of the options below is a better fit for you.

Mantra Box Light - $19.99/m - Save $20 per month! Contains 3 high quality items without the custom packaging and description card. A Digital Description Card can be emailed upon request. (Guaranteed minimum value of $40)
To switch to either Mantra Box Apprentice or Light subscription, simply fill out the form below and let us know which one works better for you.
If you wish to start on a specific date please include that in the form. If not, we'll start your new subscription on your current renewal date.

You can alway reactivate your subscription exactly where you left. Just contact us and let us know you wish to rejoin the Mantra Box community.
- As per policy, all cancellations must be submitted no later than 24 hours prior to the renewal date to allow our customer service enough time to review and process your cancelation.
Once your subscription renews, it will immediately enter the fulfillment process and will no longer be eligible for cancelation. All cancellation must be submitted within 24 hours of renewal!
